You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting g77 customer support. Where a self-exclusion is in place, account closure requests may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as described in Clause 9. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the payment method of record, subject to successful KYC verification.

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Where an account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first unless the applicable promotion's terms specify otherwise. Bonus funds are held separately and are released for wagering in accordance with the promotion rules.

• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that sport as published on the Platform. In the absence of a specific rule, bets on abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in this clause shall limit g77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

g77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

g77 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. g77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Regulatory requirements or a court order require g77 to restrict or terminate the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, g77 will communicate the reason for the suspension to the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable time, subject to any constraints imposed by legal or regulatory obligations that may restrict disclosure.

Where an account is terminated for cause, g77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the payment method of record.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying a dormancy fee, g77 will send a reminder notification to the registered email address. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance once the dormancy period is exceeded, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder logging in and completing a deposit.

g77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at g77.lol/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — meaning changes that substantively alter your rights or obligations as a user — g77 will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account before the effective date will not affect any rights you have accrued under the version of the Terms in force at the time the relevant transactions occurred.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
